Description

ICM Grinding System typically comprises feeding device, grinding host, classification system, powder collection system and control system. Its workflow: flake or block semi-finished powder coatings (after tableting, etc.) are evenly fed into the grinding host via the feeding device. In the host, materials are crushed into fine powder by impact, shearing and grinding from high-speed rotating parts (e.g., grinding discs, impact columns). Crushed powder enters the classification system with airflow; the system screens powder according to set particle size requirements. Qualified fine powder is conveyed to the collection system via air conveying as finished products; oversize powder returns to the host for re-grinding until meeting the required size range.
