Description

ACM grinding system (Air Classifying Mill) is a key equipment in powder coating production for fine grinding and classification of tableted materials. It integrates crushing and classifying functions: high-speed rotating impellers generate strong centrifugal force to crush flaky powder coating materials through impact and shearing. Meanwhile, its built-in air classification system classifies crushed materials based on particle size and aerodynamic properties, discharging and collecting powders that meet size requirements, while returning oversize particles to the grinding zone for further crushing until they reach the required size.

High automation: Equipped with automatic control systems for automated feeding, crushing, classifying, and discharging. Operators can monitor real-time parameters (motor current, temperature, pressure) via interface, with remote control to reduce manual intervention, improve stability, and lower labor intensity.

 

Good sealing and environmental performance: Sealed design prevents dust leakage, reducing workplace pollution and meeting environmental standards. Efficient dust collection equipment purifies exhaust air for compliant emissions.
