Description

The workflow of the water cooling belt: Melt-kneaded powder coating materials from the extruder are fed into the inlet. Aided by gravity and conveyors, materials spread evenly on the running steel belt. Cooling devices (e.g., cooling rollers, water systems) under the belt rapidly cool and solidify the molten material. As the belt moves, solidified sheets are transported to the outlet, cut to size by a cutter, resulting in sheet products for subsequent crushing and sieving.
