Description

Compact roller is a device specifically used in powder coating production to press materials (after batching, mixing, etc.) into sheets. It works by using a pair of counter-rotating rollers to squeeze loose powder coating materials into sheet products of specific thickness, width and shape under certain pressure and temperature. The pressed sheets can be easily crushed, sieved and refined later to make finished powder coatings meeting application requirements.

Precise thickness and density control: With advanced mechanical adjustment systems and pressure sensors, it accurately controls sheet thickness (minimal deviation) and density, ensuring uniform particle size distribution after crushing/sieving and consistent spraying effect.

Easy cleaning and maintenance: User-friendly design for cleaning. Material-contacting parts (rollers, feeding devices) use stainless steel (corrosion-resistant, easy to clean) and some are detachable for thorough cleaning between batches, preventing cross-contamination. Key parts (bearings, transmission devices) have good wear resistance and long maintenance cycles, reducing costs and downtime.

 

High safety: Multiple safeguards (overload protection, leakage protection, emergency stop buttons) quickly halt operation in case of overload, faults or emergencies, ensuring operator safety and equipment normal operation.
