Description

During operation, molten powder coating materials kneaded by the extruder are evenly spread on the air cooling belt’s conveyor via a dedicated feeding device. Equipped with multiple air-cooling units, the device blows cold air onto the materials as the conveyor moves them forward, rapidly cooling and solidifying the high-temperature molten materials into shaped, rigid sheets—facilitating subsequent crushing and sieving.
