Description

Classifier Cyclone (developed by Yantai Jatchen Powder Coating Processing Equipment Co., Ltd.) is a particle size optimization and classification system based on the ACM EC easy-clean grinding unit. It is mainly used for classifying crushed powder coating particles in production, effectively separating and adjusting fine powder content below 10μm, and producing high-quality powder coatings with highly concentrated particle sizes. It provides equipment support for high-quality thin coatings and special coatings in powder coating technology, suitable for production requiring strict control of ultra-fine powder content.

Excellent particle size optimization: Superior particle size distribution with high concentration and precisely adjustable cutting accuracy. Produced powder coating particle sizes are adjustable, improving coating uniformity. Controls particle size distribution within a span of 1.3–1.6, more concentrated than the 1.8–2.0 span from traditional grinding.
